ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow up to 24 hours for order processing. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES
We ship via Shiprocket, which partners with trusted courier services like Bluedart, Xpressbees, Ecom Express, Delhivery, and DTDC for deliveries across India.

Estimated delivery time: 3–15 business days, depending on distance from our warehouse location(Gurgaon). 

Note: Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not considered business days for delivery purposes.

SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES
We do not charge anything extra as shipping and handling charges. Shipping is absolutely across India.  Fr orders outside India, Shipping and handling fees are based on product type, size, volume, and destination. Final charges will be displayed at checkout after you enter your shipping address.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive tracking details. Use this information to track your delivery status in real-time.

NON-DELIVERY OF SHIPMENT
To ensure timely delivery, please provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including PIN code and a valid mobile number.
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to three times. If the package is not accepted and is returned to us, we will issue a refund excluding the return shipping fee.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation requests are accepted within 24 hours of placing the order. Eligible cancellations will receive a full refund, processed within 7–8 business days.
